Getting pounded by capbusting thunderstorm

Even though radar estimates that less than a 1/2" has fallen over Garner I can assure you that we are being drenched.  Parts of Durham and NE Wake are under an area flood advisory as 2-4" is estimated to have fallen there,

Surface heat and moisture has broken through the cap of dry air above the surface.  These "capbusters" are typically slow moving and can become severe.  Radar indicates any storm taking aim at Garner and the NE Wake system is fading.  The question is whether the second southern Wake system will hold together long enough to drench us again and shake the house with rounds of booming thunder.
